This looks to be the next way that clients will want to communicate especially if not in the local area and working with folks who are relocating to another area. In this world of ” I Want it Now” technology, which I’ve dubbed as the “Veruca Syndrome” (from Willy Wonka) my feeling is that this will be the next tool we’ll need to communciate and get back to our clients and other agents quickly. I have been using Flock lately, which is a social media browser. The ability to connect and build relationships across so many different media streams is pretty cool and very educational. Seems to me that google wave could have the same impact in the real estate field. I’m not sure how the platform works But would love to take a gander at it.. Ride The Wave

Based on what I have been reading, Google Wave is going to revolutionalize the real estate industry in ways unseen since the introduction of the Multiple Listing Service and the Internet! Seeing as how Facebook and Twitter have brought us together, spurring referrals from other industry professionals and expanding our warm markets (for those who were wise enough to take notice) one can only imagine the impact this will have!
