Tech Savvy Residential Agent – Debbie Kruzel
I am a residential agent in northern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire, a lifelong resident of these 2 New England states! I work with a wide variety of residential buyers and sellers, and have a great deal of experience with distressed sellers and investors as well. Prior to becoming a resident of Pelham, NH in 2000, I moved up from the Boston area, so I am very experienced with looking on both sides of the MA-NH state line, including, but not limited to: Salem, Pelham, and Windham NH and Dracut, Methuen, Andover, and Haverhill MA.
As a “techy agent”, I really enjoy writing content and doing videos on DKRealEstateBLog to get information out to consumers. You’ll see I cover buyer and seller information, local area housing sales statistics, and local area businesses, services, and places of interest. I am also very active on Facebook and am using Twitter @KruzelRealty more and more. I feel by having such a presence through these resources, I am more “down in the trenches” with people and can offer them trusted contractors or services when they are looking. I am also able to market properties in a “fresh way” that sellers appreciate beyond the “typical automatic feeds” to Trulia, Realtor.com, etc
I love being a part of the TechSavvyAgent community! The way that the staff shares information inspires me to share with other agents in my office and beyond! I enjoy learning new “techy tips” from TSA and figuring out how they fit into my business. Having the courage to embrace technology by learning from TSA, has rewarded me with better communication with my clients and everyone part of each of my transactions.
