My name is Michael-Edward Cruz, I am a Broker Associate with Solutions Real Estate. I service clients in Carlsbad California and surrounding North San Diego communities. Solutions Real Estate is an Arizona based company that has recently opened an new office here in San Diego County.

Owning the online real estate worlf is just as important as having signs your listings. When a prospective clients types in a search term, you need to know how help them find you. Technology Helps Sell Homes – The world is our stage!
The majority of agents have access to an MLS databases, some also syndicate them for broader exposure, others don’t. Tech Savvy agents like myself actually go even further, we know where to market and how to market online. As a result we get more buyers seeing our listings. I use multiple, free and paid online sources to give my properties the most exposure possible. Your traditional non-tech savvy agent would either end up spending too much money getting it done or simply not do it or give up. That is my main advantage!

I enjoy spending time with my family. I love to be home, watching movies with my wife and kids. We also like to have lunch at our favorite beachside restaurants. When not working or with my family, I love to play golf, it’s a big reason why I live in the golf course community of Aviara in Carlsbad CA.
