One thing I insist upon is the best technology on my site. The Arizona MLS has a very limited number of agents using their search tool on their site. Why? Money. They don’t promote it because they have too many third party providers that pay them big money to provide search tools to their agents. The benefits to you? You have access to the REAL MLS in REAL time in Arizona. You won’t miss your dream house because it went under contract two days ago or it took two days to show up on the MLS.
