I am a residential Realtor, working from the beautiful Arizona desert, in an oasis near Phoenix known as Val Vista Lakes. I specialize in helping buyers & sellers avoid the pitfalls in a transaction that can be an unwelcome surprise or worse. After 25 years in the industry, a few things stand out: real estate purchases are emotional decisions, backed up with logical facts. I enjoy using technology to bring these two pieces of the puzzle into alignment.
