THANK YOU once again for finding and sharing these great tools.
It took me about 30-min for me to add a local video info page on my web site with Qwiki. Unbelievably easy to use.

    Cheers

    Phil

Chris, Great stuff. Thank you so much for the video posts. I’m the team Leader/office manager at a kw office in Charleston. I train and coach the agents in my office. I have older agents that have seen all the fsbo/expire, open house, sphere classes there are.
Your video’s allow me to show them the latest greatest stuff with real estate and how they can apply it to their business models. Keep up the great work!

  7. Chris: AWESOME!!!! What great tools to enhance our online presence. Today’s consumer has a short attention span so anyway we can attract their attention easier is great to know. Thanks for keeping us in the loop!

We do a news letter as part of our recruiting effort that goes out to 40K agents in our market monthly (sse: http://www.nextre.com/realtorcenter.aspx). Would you be interested in contributing material on a reqular basis?

  18. Great episode this week! I’ve been using pipl.com for about 4 to 6 months and it’s been great — I even used it to find a few addresses when I was mailing my Christmas cards out!

    I’m looking forward to about.me and qwiki…

  19. Paul Pival says:

Hey Chris, good webcast (Queue 2), but f’gawdsake, it’s pronounced “People,” not “pipple,” as in Soylent Green: “It’s pipl. Soylent Green is made out of pipl.”

  20. Chris says:

Thanks Paul that was my first guess :)

  21. Another awesome learning experience from Chris @TechSavvyAgent! The Queque is a must watch for those of us that want to get grounded as well as take off! Thanks, Chris…and keep it coming :-D

    Chris,
    Another great show! Great info.
Take care of that sore throat.
    Thanks!!!

  23. I watched the entire video. Very useful information.

  24. Ralph Evans says:

I love the Wifi Digital Frame! Great idea for someone who is travelling, to send pictures home – or a student away at university.

I’d say its a bit creepy to give as a closing gift and then send updates to it as a way to reach your clients. If you give it to them, its their’s to own and control. Its not to give the agent a way to reach into their clients’ homes!

    -Ralph

  30. Lynne Rapada says:

I really enjoyed listening to this show. It is very helpful & I will be sure to share with my colleagues.
Are there any costs to about.me, qwiki.com, pipl.com or evernote?
If there are costs do you know of any discounts?

I do not see the discount code for the Wifi digital frame?

    Thanks for sharing.
    Lynne

  31. Suzanne says:

Hey Lynne – thanks for questions – my trick is to do a google search for “product” promo codes and I usually find some pretty descent deals! Works for almost everything you purchase online…

  32. Thanks Chris. Wish I had found this a month or so ago. Evernote is great.

What do you think?
