Import Customer Reviews from Zillow, LinkedIn, Yelp, & More to Enhance Your Online Reputation!

Like most real estate agents, you’ve likely got customer reviews scattered all around the web on sites like Zillow, LinkedIn, Yelp, and your own website.  Keeping up with all of your reviews can be like herding cats. You’ve probably also experienced the awkwardness and frustration of asking your valuable A-list clients to re-review you on multiple sites, which can cause that good rapport that you spent months cultivating to wear thin.

We’ve heard you pounding the table for a solution to these major headaches!

Faceified now enables you to import your customer reviews from Zillow, LinkedIn, Yelp, your own website, and any other site.  You no longer need to request reviews from the same clients over and over again.  Simply request customer reviews one time using any service, and import the reviews to Faceified.  You can, of course, also use Faceified to request new customer reviews.

Each review you import to Faceified will indicate which site the review came from, display the reviewer’s name, and include a link to the original review, providing your potential customers with a balanced view of you from multiple channels.  All of this increases trust and legitimacy, which are essential for enhancing your online reputation and brand.

In addition, having your customer reviews in one place means that your prospective clients don’t have to spend time scouring the web looking for reviews about you.  Instead, you will be making it easy for potential customers to learn more about you by bringing your customer reviews to them.

Maybe most importantly, consolidating your customer reviews on Faceified means that your reputation is now portable.  You can take your reputation anywhere by simply inserting your Faceified Seal, which looks like a digital business card, in your Craigslist listings, blog, website, email signature, and more.  Anyone who clicks on your Seal will be able to read all of your customer reviews and learn more about you in just one place.  (See previous post for more background on Faceified).

How to Import Customer Reviews to Faceified:

1. Create a Faceified Account

Simply go to to sign-up.  It’s free and takes 30 seconds.  Take a minute to customize your Faceified Seal by adding a picture and your business contact information.  Make sure to also verify your email.

2.  Import Customer Reviews

Click on “Get Reviews.”

Under the “Import Reviews” tab, submit the public URL of where your reviews are located (e.g. Zillow, Yelp, LinkedIn, your own website, etc.).  Important: your reviews must be publically visible via the link you submit in order for your reviews to be imported.

3. Confirm Import & Manage Reviews

We’ll contact you and ask you to confirm your reviews import. Then, you can log-in to your Faceified account to manage your reviews.

4.  Take Your Reputation Anywhere

You can insert your Faceified Seal in your Craigslist listings, blog, website, or even use it as an email signature.

Anyone who clicks on your Seal can easily read all of your reviews and discover your other social media presences in just one place.

I love the concept but Zillow, Yelp, LinkedIn,… are all trusted brands with “online cred”. Do you think people will trust seeing these reviews on a third party site they’ve never heard of?

Yep. No one has heard of Incredible Agents and we know lots of agents getting great leads. Also a huge deal in Craigslist Ads.

People who read Zillow, Linkedin, Yelp are savvy enough to appreciate a site like faceified IMO.

@SanDiegoRealEstate It’s David from Faceified. Thx for the comment. All reviews imported to Faceified link back to the original source. The power here is providing folks a diversified view of you from multiple trusted sources all in one place without making potential clients do a bunch of work.

I love it. I’ve done business with people who have called me just because they’ve read reviews of my online. This will be a great help in getting more potential clients to see all your reviews.

Looks like a great idea but daring of them to name it Faceified since Facebook sues most companies for using “Face” in their title…

I’ve been using this service for about a month and I quite like it. You can also import all of you listings by placing the Facified badge on your listings blog post or craigslist ad.

Thanks Chris! I just got Faceified! At one of your sessions at REMAX R4 you told us about Incredible Agent but I haven’t done that yet. It’s on my TO-DO List!

David, great idea! I’m signing up asap. I’ve always thought it would be easier if reviews were in one place. Thank you Suzanne for passing it on.

I love this idea and just signed up. So far, I have a bunch of reviews on LinkedIn and just one on Google Places. I’ve been struggling with where to encourage people to post reviews. Now they can put the review anyplace they want and they’ll all show up together. Now I wish the testimonials on my website were actual reviews and could be included!

I was very excited about an aggregator of online reviews and about Facefied, and did a trial, it did not post any reviews, emailed support and they took care of it. I was ready to purchase the service had a few more questions and now after 2 weeks and 4 attempts to try and get anyone there to respond, I am fed up. Of course you can only reach them by email. It’s very sad, I could have sent them a lot of business.

Thanks, I will bring this up at our next sales meeting. I like the idea of getting all my reviews in one place. The “Jury is still out” on this. In a few weeks I will send a follow-up comment on how it works.

I think it is a great idea, no wait, a terrific idea! You are absolutely correct – the reviews and info gets fragmented amongst several competing web sites. They are looking out for their business, not yours. They are trying to isolate themselves from each other, while both buyers and sellers wish to consolidate.

Is still exists? I am trying to get on but cannot connect. Can you please confirm?
