Once an agent gets past the initial nerves of creating a video, even if they are not in it, they will realize it’s the best way to get your home listing across to people and buyers – and sellers love it!

We want to get on the video band wagon as well. Great post and it IS all about relationships. If they can’t see you, hear you or know you – they’re not going to do business with you.

Completely agree with you! Indeed a good video never fails to cross all the obstacles and makes the sales pitch a lot more effective. It depicts the confidence a person has in its abilities.

Thanks, Steve, for sharing this here on your incredibly helpful blog.

    Re: Ricky’s wireless mic question
I use a Sony Bluetooth wireless mic (ECM-AW3). Cost is about $150. Takes 1 AAA battery in the receiver and another in the mic itself. I like it very much – definitely recommended.
