Meet Chris

When you meet Chris there is one word that often comes to mind, passion. His absolute love of technology, social media and helping real estate agents of all levels succeed with today's tech savvy consumers is what led him to creating Tech Savvy Agent. Chris has spoken nationally in front of 1000's of Realtors and has a unique ability to teach on a level where agents feel like they can execute the innovation that he shares daily. Coming from a background that includes working for the largest internet lead generation mortgage company in the country and then spending time working with an international Search Engine Optimization firm whose clients included Facebook and Pepsi, Chris has learned priceless techniques and strategies that are proven successful on the largest scale before you meet him.

For the last 2 years Chris has worked as an internet marketing and social media consultant for Move, Inc., a publicly traded company that owns and operates Realtor.com (most visited website in the world for real estate and official site of NAR) and Top Producer Systems (industry leading CRM and marketing solutions for agents). The combination of Chris' tech/social media knowledge along with the industry insight provided by Move has led him to being an innovator within the real estate industry as well as a sought after speaker and coach. Chris is married to Anna Smith and they have 2 young children Lucas and Maya.

Meet Steve

Over the past decade Stephen has delivered presentations to thousands of REALTORS® on the benefits of sales automation social media, blogging and online marketing. Stephen's strategies come first hand from some of the best realtors around the country, which he has had the pleasure of working with. His insights on consumer behavior as well as his grasp on social media strategies make him a leader in these quickly changing times. Steve co-founded Tech Savvy Agent with Chris and helped build it from the ground up to provide the best technology and marketing information to REALTORS® seeking the latest strategies and tools.

Stephen currently lives in West Chester, PA with his wife Gretchen. His hobbies include a deep passion for photography (www.picturesworthprinting.com) as well as riding his motorcycle to enjoy the open road. He is currently employed by Move Inc. which operates Realtor.com and Top Producer Systems and has been with the company for 10 years.

Meet Suzanne

Driven by accomplishments and self-sufficiency, Suzanne Roy, has been working since the age of 11, when she began her own chambermaid business. Having finished high school in England at age 15, and already having over 4 years of real life experience, Suzanne felt confident enough to begin working in a more corporate environment and quickly became knowledgeable in the many facets of the administrative realm of businesses. After a few years, she decided to move back to her grass roots in Toronto, Canada and continued her career in the administrative field, working within various industries including the Government of Ontario's Ministry of Industry, Trade and Technology.

Finally finding her stomping grounds in her current South Florida home, Suzanne discovered the real estate industry and never looked back; within a short period of time she began, what was in the early 2000's an unfamiliar business of virtual assistance within the real estate field and started assisting realtors throughout the U.S. with their online marketing needs (Check out www.vawork.com). With the skills she had gained, Suzanne was able to develop her business into a thriving one, hiring various sub-contractors to take on the ever-increasing workload.

Over the years, Suzanne has constantly updated and strengthened her skills to keep up with the constantly changing means of attracting business, both for herself and for her real estate clients. Most recently this has included social media and networking, such creating completely custom Facebook Fan Pages to Wordpress Blogs and SEO content creation.

Suzanne is married to Tony Roy and has three children, Crew, Troy and Gabrielle.
