Does the iPhone work with lock boxes? – It will soon!
We know that many of our Tech Savvy Agents are using an iPhone as are we. It is such an awesome device and helps streamline your business while on the go. Many of the Realtors we work with spend more time in the field than at a desk these days. One draw back for the real estate industry is that the iPhone hasn’t been able to open lock boxes causing you to carry an additional device and unfortunately causing many agents to keep their “old Palm”. Well this just in: Supra, the leading provider of lock box technology has announced(kinda) that the ability to use your iPhone to open doors is coming soon! They even have a site up where you can sign up for email alerts and track the release date. Is this enough for you to make the switch? Still going to wait until 2012 for Verizon to carry the iPhone? Let us know but one thing is for sure, the Tech Savvy Agents that are already using an iPhone are surely rejoicing at this news!

Here is Southern California the product is out and we can now use the iPhone with an adapter (which is an additonal cost) to open Supra Boxes. It is still not as integrated as the Palm but that phone has been left in the dust by iPhone and Droid operating systems.
