  • Sue Adler heytell. I have my entire team on it. You dont have to dial someone to leave a quick message, and beats texting when you can talk. It’s like having walkie talkies. When I’m in a house for a listing appt,I can hey tell my assistant to order an oil tank sweep or staging consult while I’m walking thru the house. Sellers are always impressed by that. It sounds like you’re talking into a dictophone to them.

  • Mark Lorico Google voice- gives me balance from work and personal life. I can dictate the time and days I want phone calls to filter and to which phone (work line, cell etc) I can block solititacion phone calls a price you pay when you advertise heavly on the internet. I can keep track of text messages for reference much like emails. I can also send/ download voice mails for proof or reference. I just sent one to a bank AM he was impressed. I can also read them if I am at in a meeting. I can record conversations if I am not close to a pen or paper. If I am on the cell and get to my office I can easily swap calls without hanging up. If I decide to change my cell number, or move to a different office my google voice # is always the same. Best of all its free. BTW all great apps I am going to use some of yours.

    So far so good.

  3. Josh West says:

I like teamviewer for IPad. It lets me use mlxchange on the go.
Walkscore, wikihoods, to add a few more must haves!

  4. Kristal Kraft says:

Rohn, take a look at Realty Juggler for a robust CRM. They have a great 90-day free trial too.

  5. mobilcti says:

You should check out the following application called MobilCTI Power Dialer for Android Phones. http://www.mobilcti.com. This application will allow you to organize your contacts into campaigns (Lists):
1)Call contacts one after another from list 2)Automatically track number of attempts 3)Schedule/Track callbacks 4) Follow up with SMS and Email.

  6. WOW! LOTS and LOTS of great apps for me to test drive.

  7. Derek Kouche says:

Cycloramic is great for 360 degree panoramic photos for virtual tours and 360 degree panoramic videos. PDF expert works great with Dropbox. I use it for signing contracts and store contracts and use it for showings, instead of printing out detailed sheets. IFTTT is a great tool all around.

What do you think?
