Part 1 iPad optimized apps for Real Estate Search. Do you even need apps anymore? 

Over the next few weeks we will be disecting the iPad from a real estate perspective. It is always smart to look at both sides of the coin not just “is it worth it for me”?  How are people searching? What are the best apps and sites? Is my contact info there as well? Zillow and ZipRealty were first to the iPad with apps optimized for real estate search. If you are a Realtor that has the device(or not) it is important to know what technologies consumers are using to find real estate and thus you! Enjoy.

Many agents misunderstand the way to leverage Zillow as a resource to gain new business.  In fact, we looked through Google and found that many agents are even searching for Zillow and spelling it Zilow, Zillo, etc…We went right to the source and had Sara Bonert from Zillow explain 3 quick tips on maximizing their massive amounts of web traffic to help your bottom line.  Chris interviews Sara as Steve films live from the Keller Williams Family Reunion show at the Zillow booth!
