Best Website For Camera Reviews

Just a quick post here to give you my opinion on the best website to go for comprehensive camera reviews, since it comes up quite often in Facebook.  I have been a huge fan of www.dpreview.com for years and not only visit the forums, but it’s pretty much my resource for comparing camera’s, lenses and other photographic tools. Check out their side by side camera review tab here, that literally allows you to compare any feature on almost any camera!

Also, look at the shear amount of categories within the “advanced search” feature, so you can hone in on your specific needs for real estate photography!

Their reviews are so comprehensive down to every last feature.  The other thing I really like about the site is that they offer a forum to talk to other camera owners to ask questions and learn from.  The forums are usually a helpful place despite a few bad eggs in the bunch that you just ignore.  I have benefitted so much from their site over the years, I figured it was time to show some love!

I totally agree with your article. Dpreview.com really does get down to the nuts and bolts of each camera going over each feature both pro and con. He/they also do a really great job of comparing products that you would otherwise be guessing which is better instead of having unbiased information.

    Great post.

  3. I recently bought a new camera and returned to dpreview.com more often than any other site. In the end, I bought a camera online that I had never seen or held as it is not a common brand and it was perfect for me. The information and resources found in dpreview.com led me to my buying decision. (I bought the Pentax K-5 with 12-24mm super-wide angle lens).

  4. Hi-im shopping for a Digital camera. Techsavvy Agent had a great review on a camera that had great stabilizer. I cant find the review-any suggestions for a good camera?

What do you think?
