Do You Need a BetterVoicemail System?

Is your voicemail losing business for you?

Steven Knapp co-creator of BetterVoicemail thinks he has the solution.  A smart voicemail system that will keep your callers engaged through an interactive phone menu tree designed to deliver information quickly.  The captured info is then delivered to you immediately, so you can determine the value of the call without listening to the message.

Watch the first video to hear what callers will listen to when you cannot answer.  Then proceed further down the page to get some background info from Steven on the benefits of implementing his system.  The video is 10 minutes but is split into chapters so you can jump around if you would like.

  1. I personally find voice trees to be aggravating so I can’t even dream of doing this to potential clients. If I don’t like them, then perhaps my clients won’t like them either.

  2. Does this work in Canada too, at the same cost?

    I think so!

  4. Lot of cool features! We have several different websites and have been looking for an affordable way to route the calls from each website to the right person

  5. That’s a commendable breakthrough. Its like having those messages sorted before it reaches the intended recipient without bearing additional manpower.

I have heard that a lot of businessmen often quote such services on their interviews when being asked about their favorite productivity tools. They cite that the Voicemail Transcription and the Voicemails Accessible via Email features are very useful when traveling abroad and wanting to take control of large international phone bills. The simplicity of the service is the fact that you can access it via WiFi from a smartphone or from any computer with Internet connection. Brilliant!
