You Must Know Where You Are to Get to Where you Want to Go!

Real Estate is more confusing than ever these days.  With so many places to spend your time and money, it’s a wonder you have time to sell homes!  Should you be on Twitter?  Should you delete your Facebook business page because it’s a giant time suck and not making you any money?  Website or blog….or both?  When should you throw in the towel on some of these newer forms of exposure (notice I didn’t say marketing).

To understand which mediums are actually working for us or at least moving in the right direction, we need to set a baseline metric for each to start from.  I found a website that can help!  Check out the video to learn more.

    Nice tool Steve thanks for sharing.

    Although I did notice some of the measurements were not quite accurate, but I still like the service overall.

    My Facebook Profile is maxed out with 5,000 Friends & I started a business page. Facebook recently allowed subscribers to personal profiles. My question is would you promote your business page or just add subscribers?

    My experience is that no matter what direction you are going if you are not recognized one of the leaders or ranked in the top three, you are in nowhereville.

    My experience is that being recognized as a leader or having a top ranked site is worth a lot because those professionals have the opportunity to make a lot more money.
