Get Your Website Shredded!! Well how about a serious face lift. This site can stir up conversation. It is a VERY labor intensive custom site. There is no forced registration. Agents would say…”Why would I give my great content away for free!” Prospective users of the site would say “Why would I give away my contact information away to a stranger that I do not trust!”

Well, the prospective users won in our strategy. The site was built by a local company. There has been some very good times and some challenging times. Thus the face lift component. Interesting to see if Eric’s thoughts match the user’s .

  28. Pam Mathison says:

Boy oh boy do I ever need it! I am just coming back out of “retirement” after a 29 year real estate career. (Can we say boring???) I’ve only been gone for 3.5 years and wow, has it ever changed!! I was never very techy anyway but I sure am working on it now. I’ve got a Point2 site and I haven’t even set up IDX yet. I’ve been kind of waiting for something or someone like this to guide me in what web presence will be most effective for me. Please, please, please! Pick me! Pick me! Shred me please! Do whatever it takes!
Thanks and XOXO in advance! Pam Mathison in San Diego

I am bread to shred. If not, I would be dead like Fred eating lead, but that would hurt my head. Hopefully we can keep the Fed out of the Red. And this new website I will wed. Enough said.

  32. I know my site needs a lot of work but I would love a synopsis of where to start and what’s a priority!!
Hope I hear from you again when your shredding my site. I can handle it

  33. Here is my website…shred away as I always look for constructive critique and of course the main goal to generate prospect leads that want to visit, return, and contact me to be their real estate residential resource. I also have the domain linked to this site as http://www.drewpeterson.net
    Thanks Drew Greenwich CT

  34. Jodie Tanner says:

I would love any feebback that would help. I have a company agent website that is standard to any agent wishing to utilize it. I have chosen a domain name – http://www.dubligarealtor.com
My question….how can I set myseft apart from the other agents. There are some customizations that are available. We can add pages.
I am not tech savy…..I am finding things a little overwhelming.
    QR codes, personal landing pages…ect.
How can I use what I have – enhance it to set myseft apart…..is there anything??? Shred and advise….would love any help!

  35. Looking forward to it.

  36. Seana Yates says:

  43. Amber ramsay says:

I would love to be shredded
    Thanks

  44. just launched mynew website
still have a few changes tobe made
but go ahead and shred it please!
    ( i think)

  45. BIG note about my website, http://PhillipsRealEstateVA.com

I dont include any type of IDX search because Im currently focused on selling properties owned by our family businesses, instead of driving people towards other peoples properties (even though a commission is nice, Id much rather sell stuff we own right now).

And hope this one gets picked, especially after volunteering my listing presentation slideshow for an earlier TechSavvy Agent article :)

  46. PS….the interactive property map on the sidebar is disappearing as soon as I find where that widget is installed at…

  47. Oh shred away. This is a thesis/wp Diverse solutions site that I made myself. For
The most part between Midnight and 4 AM. The worst part is that Diverse Solutions is now kicked out of my MLS and I need a new IDX solution. All help will be well received.

What do you think?
