Facebook Real Estate Statistics Made Easy
Facebook fan pages for your real estate business are all the rage lately. However, a lot of the pages we have viewed lately are lacking great content. Content is what is going to drive people to your page and make them come back. Are you supplying real value on your Facebook fan page or is it just fluff?
Look no further! Here is a cool “free” product available from Roost and of course a video from Tech Savvy showing you how to take advantage of it! Enjoy!

Great tip, Steve!
Hey Chris – this came at a PERFECT time! I am working with an agent today to build a facebook page for their team and I am teaching a class on it in a few weeks! YOU ROCK!Thanks for the continued steam of great info – rts
Glad you liked it guys…more to come in the coming weeks! Roost is a really cool site and by embracing social media, specifically fan pages, they are positioning themselves well.
Hey Steve,Thanks for the write up and the great demo. We have been working hard over here at Roost to build relevant social media products for agents and brokers. We have a lot of great stuff on the road map and hope you will check back with us over the next couple of months as we roll out new updates, products and coverage areas. If anyone has specific questions on our application, please feel free to contact me directly at 415-742-8059 or derek.overbey@roost.com.Derek OverbeySr. Director of Marketing & Social Media
Thanks for the shout out, Steve. HUGE fan!

I was very excited to add the Roost app to my page Utah Homes and Condos. Unfortunately… Roost does not support the Utah Market… Guess I’m out of luck on this one
It creates the Real Estate tab but when I select the tab to view it, it says it is not configured correctly.
No support for the New Orleans market either
Nice add-on but their (Roost’s) numbers do not accurately reflect my areas average listing prices, which are about 50% less than shown. I think they are skewed since we do have a lot of $1million plus listings. Someone looking at this may conclude Stuart to be unaffordable, which is far from true.
Clarification- the graph looks better but the chart is misleading.
How do you add a lead capture page and/or MLS search page to our facebook fan page?
No support for the Mississippi Gulf Coast either
Will it be available in Canada?
